Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsibilities of this position include owning and cultivating internal relationships for assigned affiliates during implementation phase and throughout the ongoing relationship after implementation.
· To be the primary point of contact for affiliates during and after project implementations.
· Responsible for overseeing all affiliate implementations, coordinating and prioritizing conflicting priorities.
· To be the voice between affiliates, global team(s), support team(s) and vendor(s) regarding status updates, scope changes, timelines and budgets.
· Prioritizes project tasks, timelines and project plans that are in conflict and communicates status to affiliates, central team and senior management as needed and working closely with LMS Project Manager on technical delivery,
· Functional responsibility in managing LMS Project Manager to ensure technical releases are on time, accurate and within budget.
· Functional responsibility in managing HD Team to ensure support SLA are adhered to.
· Cultivate strong internal relationships among Project Manager, HD Team and Vendor.
· Often works with affiliates from different parts of the world and may need to attend to calls beyond business hours.
· Occasionally be required to travel to on-site meetings or to provide training.
· Responsible for overseeing multiple affiliate implementation or business program initiative projects at one time.
· Responsible for proactively monitoring performance and developing program and improvement strategies.
· Fully responsible for scope management, change management, estimating impacts of scope change (timeline and cost) as well as managing project resource

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· 100% Success rate on eLearning project deliveries, LMS new feature implementations and affiliate onboarding/migration.
· Maintain and improve affiliate satisfaction through strong working relationships, successful implementation initiatives and delivering value at all times.
· Presentation Skills: Provide on-line meetings and conference calls to orientate a affiliate, present new functionality, perform training, and collaborate with affiliates about concerns.
· Must be able to always evaluate impacts to the bigger picture and develop working solutions to issues as they arise.
· Responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) instructions are executed for all implementation activity.
· Responsible of being a technical lead in guiding and mentoring LMS Project Manager to ensure he/she meets their KPI successfully.
· Consulting: Be able to lead "Current State and Future state" assessments around functionality and/or processes. This will include white boarding, utilizing MS Visio and determining business improvement areas.
· Teamwork: Work closely with Global Team Members, Internal Team Members, Vendors and/or other SGS divisions to ensure appropriate follow-up of identifying affiliate needs and follow-up activities.
· Project Management: Responsible for providing Global Team Members and/or affiliates with updates to priorities, project schedules, project plans etc.
· Documentation: Responsible for utilizing (and creating) documents/deliverables necessary for providing exceptional services and ensuring communication of the project plan to reporting manager and/or affiliates. Assist team in updating all affiliate and implementation deliverables as required with new functionality rollouts. Create new deliverables/best practices for services to enhance implementation engagements.
Qualifications
PROFILE
· Experience in software, LMS, e-commerce and ERP (highly regarded)
· Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (affiliates, support, vendors, operations and within the global team).
· Supplier management experience
· Demonstrated focus and commitment to measured results
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
· Honesty and integrity in all job responsibilities
· Results-oriented approach with a "can do" attitude and a passion for the details and continuous improvement
· Ability to gain confidence and trust of cross functional teams
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent preferred
· 8+ years software implementation experience
· Experience in Training or Service Industry Sector.
· Experience of rolling out global software programs.
· Must be fluent in English language (verbal and written)
· Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and Visio) experience preferred.
· Self-starter, initiator, strong organizational, presentation, interpersonal and consultative skills a must.
OTHER INFORMATION:
· The candidate must be able to travel globally at short notice
· Fluency in languages other than English would be advantageous
· This role may have direct reports and multiple dotted line internal and external reports as pojects dictate
· Previous experience of working for a learning and development consultancy/training organsiation in a technial learning technolgies role would be advantageous
