As a Senior Leadership & Team Development Specialist you'll help manage and support innovative global projects, engage teammates, and facilitate training (both at the leadership and individual contributor level).
The role you will be applying for involves working closely with our global HR team. It requires flexibility with working hours to ensure efficient communication and collaboration across time zones.
What you'll do at Insight:
Deliver a challenging range of complex activities including developing, planning, analysis, and delivery of learning solutions, for leadership and teammate development. To include but not limited to:
Developing and maintaining new programs that enhance our leadership and teammate experience.
Facilitating our proven, coveted, and effective leadership training program(s) for our management team, at all levels of the organization.
Lead development activity by architecting and executing integrated programs and or processes using the appropriate methodologies, tools and Insight's core values to drive the basis of actions, also ensure the appropriate frameworks are put in place.
Design, build and deliver focused content and curriculum for managers, leaders and or leadership teams including partnering with training or development partners, internally and or externally, to arrange training, activities and events which inspire teammates.
In partnership with key stakeholders, design and deliver internal communications and marketing strategies to enable the SLT to keep apprised of people development initiatives.
Partner with the wider global HR community, and HR teammates locally, to deliver the strategy and any agreed actions involving communication, sponsorship, reinforcement or readiness plans, also establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Stay abreast of current trends, methods and techniques in the leadership and management development to ensure the organization remains relative and competitive.
This list is not exhaustive, you will be required to undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by your manager.
Travel, as required.
Deliver training face-to-face and via virtual classroom (Teams, WebEx).
Support and coordinate global projects
Interface with other teams (HRBPs, HR Programs, Ops, training) to ensure the training-related components of the development frame-work are in place
Work with the analytics team to track and analyze all Organization Development programs and processes.
Run and analyze reports for programs.
Strong written and verbal communications skills required.
Strong knowledge of Excel required.
What you'll need to join Insight:
Minimum 5 years experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Facilitation, or related field
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Education/experience in instructional design, facilitation, executive coaching/interface, adult learning theory, required.
