As a Senior Lead Specialist, Financial Analysis you will: Prepare department summaries and analysis monthly in a very time-sensitive environment. Prepare budget summaries and analysis on an annual basis. Load monthly actual and forecast data into Oracle. Communicate with department managers on actual and forecast data and respond promptly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Ensure regular monthly balance sheet accounts and reconciliations are accounted for, monitored, and reviewed. Prepare and provide supporting documents for audit requirements. Perform other accounting duties and support junior staff as required or assigned. Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Accounting-related field. 5 years of progressive work experience in financial analysis and reconciliation. 1 year of experience in leadership or handling people directly or indirectly. Solid understanding of internal control with extensive knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and SOX Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, including Oracle. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
