We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Senior Back-end Developer who will work with other team members to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. The Back-end Developer will use his or her understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze current codes and industry developments, formulate more efficient processes, solve problems, and create a more seamless experience for users. You should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
Primary focus is on delivering high-quality, reusable code and debugging issues that may arise
Be involved and participate in the overall development lifecycle
Define and communicate technical and design requirements
Mentoring and guiding other team members
Perform tests to optimize performance and catch potential issues
Perform research to keep up with new technologies, trends, and best practices
Collaborate with teams of designers, developers, and system administrators
Participate in conferences and educational programs
Accurately estimating the time needed to deliver output
Participate in developing supporting material for projects
Participate in project scoping and planning
Write technical documentation

Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Back-end developer
In-depth understanding of web development, best practices, and conventions
5+ years of experience with Laravel
5+ years of experience with PHP
Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Strong understanding of Git and other version control
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good organization and time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent career experience and courses
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
