Develop and implement scalable and secure backend services for banking and digital assets.
Contribute to high-performance architecture and establish software design patterns.
Drive best coding practices and maintain high code quality through Unit and Integration tests.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members.
Take ownership of key backend components and deliver robust solutions.
Align with architects to ensure compliance with software policies and patterns.
Stay informed about emerging trends in banking technology, digital assets, and blockchain.
Qualifications
6+ years of backend development experience, including:
Java 8+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
Kubernetes for container orchestration
Liquibase, Spring JPA, Spring Security
Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with PL/SQL and workflow automation tools (Flowable).
Basic banking and digital asset domain knowledge.
Exposure to DevOps and release management.
Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving.
It would be a real bonus if you have
Demonstrated passion for banking, digital assets and blockchain or previous experience in this field.
Familiarity with full-stack development (JavaScript & Angular)
