Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any 4yr. I.T. related course
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Knowledgeable on computer hardware and software development, installation, repair, and maintenance
With solid background on network, system administration and IT security
Must be willing to work in Tingub, Mandaue City
Work Summary:
 
Responsible in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network of the company, Initiates installation and configuration of computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems and other I.T. related concerns.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides timely resolution to common technical questions and problems
Gathers and analyze information’s about the user’s issue and determined the best way to resolve their problem.
Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Installation and configuration of computer hardware operating systems and applications
Responsible for the setup/configuration of PC’s, printers, and other peripherals

2 to 4 Years Experience
