Senior IT Systems Administrator
Job Summary - Growing business services company is seeking a Senior Level IT systems administrator to join our IT management team. This role is responsible to oversee the administration of servers and desktops in all company locations across the globe. This position manages a global IT desktop team supporting call center operations with employees in sites across the US, Central America and the Philippines.
Job Responsibilities Senior IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the following areas
Microsoft Active Directory domain and server setup and administration. This includes administration of Domain Controllers in each facility as well as a hosted cloud presence. Should have experience with all Microsoft Active Directory functions and rolls and be proficient in configuration and troubleshooting these rolls.
Microsoft Windows desktop setup and administration. Oversee a team of Desktop Administrators managing A network including more than 2000 Windows PCs.
Manage Microsoft Licensing and compliance. Working with vendor partners in correct application and compliance of Microsoft Licensing.
Microsoft Exchange Server and Office Applications. Oversee the Administration of Exchange Server and attached mailboxes and equipment.
Office365 Deployment Administration. Manage the roll out of users to Office365 from other MS Office tools and platforms.
Manage Anti-Virus software and deployment. Oversee the deployment and configuration of Norton End Point security server and software.
Desktop Support Team Lead. Oversee a 24/7 desktop support team managing issues or requests from across the company.
Management of company asterisk phone system.
Manage a team of 20+ members making up the global IT team. This will require some travel to company locations including international sites.
Education/Experience Requirements - The ideal candidate for this position would have
4 + years in a Systems Admin role, working with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows OS.
A University degree or equivalent in an IT or related field.
2 + years in a management role over multiple individuals or teams.
