A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field or equivalent practical experience.
With 1-3 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting hardware (laptops, tablets, smartphones)
Experience supporting software (Windows 10, MacOS, Android, iOS)
Experience supporting services (Microsoft 365, Azure)
Good standard of computer literacy
English language
Responsibilities:
Respond to and Resolve ServiceDesk tickets to support colleagues, escalating where needed to ensure resolution with relevant experts within or outside the Technology Team.
Identify gaps in documentation taking initiative for ongoing for continual improvement of the service provided.
Participate in Technology team activities and projects to develop our ability to provide great services across our global organization.
