We are currently looking for a Senior Insights Analysts that provide to all of our clients with high-quality and insightful media analysis and research. To build and maintain solid client relationships by demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
Job Descriptions:
Consistent productivity and quality outputs
Proactively work to improve the format, style, and depth of analysis reports
Analyze data accurately using best practice methods
Provide high-level interpretation of data in reports and presentations
Interpret and meet the client's brief
Employ appropriate methodology for analysis of data
Write findings in a coherent, structured, and concise style.
Conceptualize effective and appropriate data display options
Adhere to, and remain up-to-date with the Analysis Style Guide
Works with clients to develop strategic Project Brief to the findings presented in insight and analysis reports
Produce a high number of quantitative and qualitative reports without sacrificing quality and/or insight
Proactively seek more efficient processes in order to increase capacity
Completes all reports in the required time and demonstrates the ability to take on additional reports
Assists others with the workload when required
Able to handle premium clients and complex methodology insights requirements
Manage projects effectively in order to meet client deadlines and allow for collaboration/review.
Manage analysis projects in order to meet client delivery deadlines
Observe processes that are required to engage various stakeholders, ie. any booking protocols required
Create and maintain documentation that relates to each project
Escalate problems or issues appropriately, and in a timely manner.
Communicate any delays to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner
Plan projects to allow for collaboration with other team members and management
Initiate and execute new frameworks to thoroughly answer client objectives and/or propose a new insights service
Develop strong relationships with clients and sales teams.
Provides excellent customer service to all clients
Builds strong relationships with clients through report services, presentations and client meetings (where appropriate)
Proactively seeks to improve the client experience
Build strong working relationships with relevant sales team members.
Support sales with client retention and customised solutions where appropriate
Able to initiate insights sales pitches when the need arises
Make a positive contribution to the Insights team and Isentia.
Contribute to team projects and product development teams (where applicable)
Connect with Insights and wider business on GAP and Yammer
Share information and knowledge with the wider team
Collaborate with team members to improve Insights products and processes
Job Qualifications:
Candidates must be a College Graduate in Bachelor of Mass Communication, Journalism, Broadcast Communication, Research, Market Research, Statistics, Media, or any related courses.
Has 2 years or more of working experience in news and current affairs. Knowledgeable in the Philippine media landscape.
Knowledgeable in Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, G-Suite, and other Analysis tools.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Excellent written English language skills with a strong focus on spelling and grammar.
