We are currently seeking a to join our team in our office.Reporting to the your focus will The Senior IT Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver reliable and innovative IT solutions that align with the organization's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
System Analysis and Design:
Gather and analyze business requirements to understand the IT needs of the organization.
Design and develop technical solutions and system architectures to address business requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT projects.
IT Project Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Systems Implementation and Support:
Lead the implementation and configuration of new IT systems, applications, and technologies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve system issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance (QA) to ensure system reliability and usability.
IT Infrastructure Management:
Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and security systems.
Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data integrity, system availability, and cybersecurity.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems, applications, and tools.
Develop user documentation, manuals, and guidelines to facilitate system adoption and maximize user productivity.
Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Vendor Management:
Evaluate and select vendors and third-party service providers for IT projects and support services.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
IT Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce IT security measures and protocols to protect systems and data.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Conduct periodic security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation plans.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovation.
Recommend and implement enhancements to IT systems and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
MUST HAVE:
.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
.Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role, preferably in a senior capacity.
.Strong knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
.Proficiency in system analysis, design, and project management methodologies.
.Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
.Solid understanding of networking, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
.Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
.Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, PMP) are a plus.
.Required to work in US hours of 9am Eastern to 5pm Eastern (9pm to 5am - Manila Time)
