Handles labor relations activities and acts on employee grievances and issues
Administer and implements discipline across the organization
Provide a consultancy and advisory service to line management and staff on HR-related issues.

Provide general HR administrative support across the company
Liaise with Payroll Outsourcing firm on payroll, pay benefit &, etc.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience as HR Manager
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification.
10+ years leadership/management as an HR professional and experience within a construction industry
Experience in government relations or public sector is a must
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
