Job Summary:
Primary function is to handle the Talent Acquisition team. Responsibility will involve heavy recruitment for new transitions, enhance current competency-based and behavioral hiring process, assist in the managing expectations of the business unit stakeholders, use HR metrics to measure service delivery, manage sourcing strategies from staff to executive level of recruitment, supervise budget administration for all talent acquisition initiatives, and propagate use of tools and systems to ensure consistency of programs across all organization. The manager will also assist in all HR Branding initiatives.
Responsible for effectively implementing talent acquisition processes, procedures and strategies across multiple functions to ensure profitability and business growth
Develops & executes innovative and strategic talent acquisition initiatives which targets increased efficiency, profitability, over-all quality and retention
Ensures attainment of staffing requirements across all programs and sites to enable the company to meet and exceed goals and targets
Works with business leaders and business units to establish and execute against targeted proactive talent acquisition strategies to meet growth demands
Responsible for the management of the Talent Acquisition functions and bringing the improvements to the talent acquisition processes, including but not limited to sourcing, recruitment, talent databank development and upskilling of recruiters
Conducts studies, reviews industry best practices and recommends improvements in hiring retention initiatives
Develops team members through regular and continuous coaching, mentoring, training, performance reviews and professional learning opportunities
Owns the end-to-end talent acquisition process and continuously formulates changes and improvements that align with business requirements
