Responsibilities:
Business Partnering
Establishes strong strategic partnership with supported business units
Gain solid understanding of the business unit operations and how they fit into the broader organization & strategy
Oversee employee movements within assigned business unit, ensuring compliance and timely execution
Attends monthly/weekly meetings of assigned business unit to ensure goals alignment
Onboarding
Prepare and facilitate employment contracts
Conduct new hire orientation to ensure successful connection to the organization
Ensures all required documentation is completed in a timely manner
Employee Engagement
Implement engagement activities for the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment to company culture
Monitors employee participation and works to achieve increased engagement throughout the supported business units
Conducts regular focus group discussion (FGD) with supported business units to increase engagement, obtain feedback and communicate effectively and engage stakeholders as necessary
Synthesize employee engagement data, analyze trends and develop action plans to address issues/trends at hand
Labor Relations
Assist managers and employees with interpretation of company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
Partner with managers in ensuring effective and efficient performance reviews are conducted in a timely manner
Guides team leaders in execution of the Administrative due process
Issues, document, track, and report Consequence Management within supported business unit, in a timely manner
Attends and conducts administrative hearing
Coordinates DOLE compliance and policy rollouts to employees
Attends DOLE/NLRC conferences
Exit Management
Conduct, document, and report results of exit interviews
Review final pay documents of separated employees
Manages HRIS/payroll system for data and information updates
Benefits Supervision
Supervises benefits and HR shared services personnel to ensure proper and efficient deliverables
Experience/ Knowledge/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree, BS/AB Psychology preferred
Graduate of any Management course
At least 5 years of HR Generalist/Advisor role
Has adapt knowledge on all HR facets
