POSITION STATEMENT
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be part of the Marketing Team.
This role will give you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, working both in a team to brainstorm concepts, and autonomously. Your creative flair and attention to detail are critical as is the ability to prioritise a variety of projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLSET
Minimum 5 years' experience
Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite: (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop essential)
Ability to design in accordance with corporate and brand identity to create maximum visual impact;
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop essential);
Extensive experience in both print and digital design;
Experience in the development of wire frames for website with a focus on UX;
Thorough understanding and competency in finished art, print specs, brand identity;
Experience in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns which are heavily supported and driven by creative design;
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and multiple projects and deadlines;
Great communication skills, with the ability to express ideas eloquently, both verbally and visually within a team environment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing design projects from concept through to completion;
Design of online and print based marketing and sales collateral;
Liaising with external print suppliers to quote and print items;
Design of social media assets;
Help develop and drive promotions with a focus on artwork, message and concept creation;
Design of integrated marketing campaign materials to drive and support project rollouts and initiatives;
Development of digital assets for video production;
Design of annual report and other publications as required;
Front end development of web pages and email communications
