About the Role
We are looking for a creative and inspiring Senior Graphic Designer/Video Editor who is super-confident in producing mind-blowing digital content.
Youll be assigned to our Australian client specializes in manufacturing, supplying and installing commercial products in stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum across a range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, automotive, marine, health, education, and hospitality. Established in 1994, they have 1,000sqm purpose-built fabrication workshop based in New South Wales, and are equipped to manufacture and supply projects and ongoing inventory requirements across Australia.
Youll be part of a dynamic marketing team in Australia. Your mission is to produce emotionally intelligent content that tell a story, convey an emotion through written, video and audio content in line with the brand, to 'think outside the box', and bring new and innovate creative contents in alignment with brand and industry standards across all distribution channels. The role will report directly to the Group Marketing Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create visuals to frame content in video and audio content for social media, website, virtual events, presentations and branded documentation;
Work closely with marketing team in post-production editing of raw footage, stock footage, and animations to a high standard using Premiere Pro;
Manage sound-mixing, color-grading and exporting for file delivery;
Adapt video content to various platforms: Youtube, website, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn;
Translate the project briefs into a digestible graphic design pieces;
Contribute ideas and voice your opinions in workshops and collaborative sessions with marketing team and agency partners in Australia to help drive towards a outcome, ready for publication;
Interrogate briefs and manage workload to ensure all deliverables are completed by the deadline and within budget;
Be ready with your design portfolio to demonstrate your exceptional visual communication and storytelling skills.

Requirements
Do you have what we are looking for:
Excellent ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal;
At least 5+ years experience in creating corporate digital contents - graphics and videos;
Tertiary qualifications in digital communications, multimedia or equivalent industry experience;
Experience as a virtual assistant working with Australian or US clients is preferred but not essential;
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to adapt to new ways of working in a fast-paced environment;
HIghly motivated, self-starter and confident;
Able to work independently and confident in recommending creative inputs;
Diligent with high attention to detail but able to think outside the box;
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite with Premier Pro and Illustrator;
Deep understanding of digital interfaces and technologies;
High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
