Experienced in GP functional support, Project Implementation, Solution-building, and Client Management
Description
Support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Maintain a positive relationship with existing clients.
Design & implement fixes to user issues by using various tools.
Consult with team members to determine the most appropriate solutions for clients.
Identify and recommend customization and enhancements to meet client requirements.
Assist during project implementations, which may include configuring the system, loading data, conducting training, and other related tasks.
Ensure ticket resolution meets required service levels and timelines.
Assist clients on the use of Dynamics 365 and proprietary applications.
Key Qualifications
At least 7 years of functional support experience in MS Dynamics GP (Great Plains) up to date version.
Experienced in handling clients, doing project implementations, and building a solution from scratch.
Has a stable and reliable internet connection at home (fiber preferably).
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities.
Understanding for accounting principles.
Ability to work well under pressure & in a close team environment.
Proven analytical & systematic problem-solving skills.
