The role includes but not limited to:
Work closely with the Management to continually develop and improve monthly reports
Ensure standard reports are sent and discussed in regular meetings with stakeholders
Lead the planning process and track actual budget variances on a monthly basis
Preparation and presentation of management reports on a timely basis
Preparation and presentation of monthly forecasts - Profit/Loss and cash flows
Develop/Improve Financial Policies and Processes
Process BIR compliance and reporting
Assist with Audit requirements
Quarterly payment and processing of Business Tax
Petty cash management
General Ledger
Fixed Asset register maintenance
Other adhoc duties as required
The ideal person should have/be:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
At least 7years experience as Senior Accountant or similar role supervising team members
Graduate of Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
Strong understanding and operational competence in MS Office Excel - Advances functioning for working with large data files for comparative analysis
Experience in XERO or other accounting software
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Excellent English communication skills with clients written and verbal
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
