Job Description
 Develop and implement functional test solutions that satisfy the customer's product requirements.
 Development activities include test specification analysis, defining test specifications, test system/fixture hardware design, software development, and mechanical design (by engaging with mechanical vendors).
Implementation activities include system integration, software coding and debugging, test system build support, installation, user training, and start-up support.
Test performance characterization includes test coverage, programming/calibration functions, automation, repeatability, reliability, safety, ergonomics, and supportability.
Be a strong technical contributor and strong technical mentor to mentor junior engineers to ensure the success of the Functional Test Projects and the Functional Test Team.
Constantly provide Continuous Improvement and Growth to the Functional Test Team.
Involvement in the business standpoint developing quotations for new functional test development project opportunities.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Possess good programming skills and fundamentals. Preferred programming language experience in C++, LabView, and TestStand.
Strong in electrical circuitry and test specification analysis and able to develop technical expertise quickly when exposed to different functional test requirements like Environment
Stress Screen (ESS) test, PCBA level functional test, High-Level Assembly (HLA) functional test, Hipot test, and others.
