Salary: Php 130,810.17 per month net of taxes (All-inclusive Salary)
Context
Under the overall supervision of the Head of MCD ́s Online Communications Unit, the direct supervision of the NOC senior developer technical lead/ digital communications officer, the successful candidate will be responsible to support OCU ́s senior developer in coordination of website development projects and sustainable management and maintenance/upgrade of IOM external websites.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant professional experience;
University Degree in the above fields with at least four years of relevant professional experience.**Experience**
Experience in developing Drupal websites (Drupal 8.x) and in Drupal 7.x, using tools such as Drush, being able to create custom Drupal modules and themes;
Experience in web development using PHP web frameworks such as Laravel and Symphony, and strong understanding of best practices of PHP development;
Strong web development skills with Drupal.
Able to install, configure and secure application/web servers such as Apache and NGINX and database servers such as MySQL, using high availability configuration for CMS driven websites; HTML, CSS, and Javascript expertise. Knowledge of Acquia cloud platform or similar would be an asset.
Understands Integration concepts (RESTful services, API development, etc.);
Familiarity in using version control systems such as GIT and SVN;
Knowledge in Linux OS will be an advantage.
