Kwantx, a US startup company in Silicon Valley that calculated tax credits for small businesses. The firm has an existing technical framework in React-Python-Aws Lambda-Wix stack which will be picked up by the full-stack developer independently. The role will be to expand on the existing application infrastructure and be the tech-lead (acting as the first full-time full stack developer). The ideal candidate should be experienced at with deploying production applications, API integrations, and serverless architecture.
The individual will be a technology lead and thus must feel comfortable working independent of technical guidance. Given the firm is a startup company there is opportunity for growth; the firm may consider hiring future engineers to join the team.
Skills Required:
Experience in serverless infrastructure, specifically aws lambda and dynamo database
Backend development with API integrations in Python and Javascript
Experience with React
Experience with Python Pandas for data processing
Willingness to understand Wix web framework
Knowledge of coding best practices, such as object-oriented design and using Github.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience is desired.
