What's required to get hired
35 years of experience in full-stack software development
Proficient in modern frontend and backend technologies, such as React, Node.js, Python, Django, or similar
Experience in market-leading cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of web application security and performance optimization
Experience in working with enterprise clients and their security requirements (SSO, MFA, etc.)
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, with the ability to collaborate effectively with AI-focused team members
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Expect exciting tasks to tackle
Learning and understanding company insurance products.
Design, develop, and maintain our clients MVPs backend and frontend architecture, focusing on seamless integration with AI components.
Collaborate closely with the founding team, product managers, and AI Software Engineer to understand and implement product requirements.
Optimize the application for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
Develop and maintain high-quality code, incorporating best practices and ensuring maintainability.
Work closely with designers and product managers to create an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Set up and maintain infrastructure and Product development roadmap (Laying the foundations for DevOps pipelines), including those related to AI model deployment
Regularly test and debug the application to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our clients product remains competitive.
