Purpose of the Job
The Senior Full Stack Developer will be primarily responsible for developing web-based frontend applications of the company with a focus on JavaScript frontend and Java backend.
Key Activities:
Experience in implementing a solution on Web and Frontend Development
Participate in analysis, design, development, and deployment
Ensure effective design development, validation, and support activities in line with client needs and architectural requirements
Adhere to organizational guidelines and processes
Write a clean code and creating a flexible software architecture
Design and implement a solution based on requirement specifications coming from the Product Owner and the Business
Skills and Experience Required:
At least 8-10 years of professional experience
Good knowledge of the front-end framework like VueJs, Angular, React, or jQuery, object-oriented language preferably Java (.NET, etc., is also possible)
Experience with Node Package Manager (NPM), Node.js, Syntactically awesome style sheets (Sass) is a plus
Has proven track record of delivering maintainable and scalable systems
Maven or its equivalent
Git or its equivalent
Bitbucket or its equivalent
Intellij, Eclipse, or any other Integrated Development Environments (IDEs)
JIRA or its equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Great collaboration skills; as s/he will be working with many different people in our organization
Necessary to have a very outgoing, open, and calm personality
Self-driven, fast learner, structured, flexible, ready for quick changes/new tasks, and are explorative
Independent and self-motivated
Strong ability to influence others
