Job Description
The role includes regular interaction with the Product and Data teams, and your job will include working on both the frontend and backend of a SaaS product used in digital advertising. You'll be exposed to a wide range of technologies including Go, Python, AWS, Node.JS and MongoDB.
Responsibilities
Work with the product team to understand and define new features
Apply modern best practices and techniques in software development
Build features and deliver high quality code
Review code of other developers and provide constructive feedback
Participate in daily standups and provide regular updates on work in progress
Encourage innovation and work in an environment of continuous improvement
Ability to work by yourself without too much supervision
Participate in standups and other technical meetings/discussions
Write code to deliver functionality in user stories
Keep the documentation up to date in Confluence / JIRA
Qualifications
2+ years experience in one or more of the following languages: Javascript, Go, Python
Experience working with a UI framework such as Vue.js, React, Angular
Experience with MongoDB
Experience with using Dockers
Experience using a CI/CD platform
Knowledge of the software development life-cycle
Desire to work in a fast paced environment
Experience working on a variety of software development projects
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Ability and desire to learn new languages and technologies
Strong documentation skills
Build features and deliver high quality code
Review code of other developers and provide constructive feedback
Participate in daily standups and provide regular updates on work in progress
Encourage innovation and work in an environment of continuous improvement
Ability to work by yourself without too much supervision
Experience with the Meteor framework
Experience working with Vue.js
Experience with MongoDB aggregations
AWS knowledge in ECS, Fargate or EKS
