Join a fast-growing creative agency with offices in Sydney and New York. We're seeking a Senior Frontend Developer with strong leadership skills and CMS experience.
WFH (Luzon-based only)
Includes laptop, internet allowance, and HMO (with dependent + COVID coverage)
PHP 185,000 - PHP 195,000/month
20 SL/VL days per year, 13th month pay, government-mandated benefits
What we are looking for:
7+ years in frontend development, 2+ years in a team lead role
3+ years building CMS-driven solutions (e.g. Optimizely, Sitecore, Kentico, or Drupal)
Deep JavaScript knowledge, with strong Vue.js and React.js skills (TypeScript a plus)
Experience integrating with RESTful/third-party APIs
Solid understanding of browser behavior, accessibility, and performance optimization
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and SEO/accessibility best practices
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor frontend team members
Translate UX wireframes into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS
Collaborate within Agile teams to implement CMS, application features, and A/B tests
Communicate with internal stakeholders and support digital strategy execution
Troubleshoot and optimize websites for performance and compliance
