Job Description
Responsibilities:
Support SOX and MAR compliance program delivery through various phases (planning, walk-throughs, testing and reporting)
Produce regular SOX/MAR Program dashboard reporting (weekly and monthly) on aspects such as:
Testing progress; assessment of delays (incl. aging)
Deficiencies (new, open, remediation status, material weaknesses)
Prepare supporting data for the annual SOX and MAR aggregation reports
Manage Activity Manager to support monitoring of the progress and timely resolution of delays
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Activity Manager tool
Set up activity workstreams for each testing cycle, engaging Audit Services, segments Control Center of Excellence and IT SOX Leads
Work with stakeholders on issues resolution
Respond to queries (regular and urgent)
Consistently seek to streamline/automate the compilation process
Technical Support for the Archer GRC platform (risks, controls, access, etc.):
Act as the Subject Matter Expert and Superuser for Archer
Assist in SOX/MAR migration project (setting up user requirements, obtaining user feedback, data clean up and validation with various stakeholders, performing user acceptance testing, etc.)
Review and approve access requests and conduct periodic access reviews
Assist in preparation and delivery of Archer trainings to the users
Prepare or update training materials, participate in delivery of user trainings
Coordinate update and testing of Entity-Level Controls, and COSO mapping update
Assist in annual SOX/MAR survey and Q4 control attestations
Assist in other Finance and SOX/MAR projects
Extensive coordination between CCOEs, IT SOX Leads, IAP team, AS, EY and business on all the above matters.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA designation an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.), ability to analyze large volumes of data; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
4+ years of work experience preferably in external audit and/or life insurance
Working knowledge of audit methodologies, project management, COSO control frameworks (definitely a plus), risk management techniques and SOX regulatory requirements
Ability to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, proactively investigate issues, troubleshoot, use judgement, deliver timely and quality results
Strong professional judgment, accountability, commitment to quality customer service, eye for efficiency improvements
Excellent written, oral communication, analytical, problem-solving and partnering skills
Ability to work independently and integrate with international team members
Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts on practice
Results oriented; able to balance multiple priorities
