About the Senior Financial Analyst (Night Shift) Role:
In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director as you work on providing a consolidated financial business performance and planning to business partnering teams across the finance global shared services team.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting
Prepare and manage risk and opportunities
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting and analysis
Provide financial reports, analysis, and recommendations with stakeholders
Cost centre management
To succeed in this role, you must have at least seven years of work experience in financial analysis in a multinational/BPO/shared services environment.
Key Requirements:
Degree in accounting or finance, preferably CPA, CFC, CFA or CMA
Experience of Finance ERP system (preferably Oracle)
Good communication and analytical skills
Excellent stakeholder management and good business and finance acumen
Highly organised, enthusiastic, and ownership of the business
Strong work ethics, team player, focused and a self-starter
Willing to work night-shift and as an individual contributor
