We are seeking a professional and experienced Senior Finance Manager who has a strong background in Australian accounting principles. You will manage a finance team to support the business through timely and accurate preparation, analysis, and communication of all financial matters whilst ensuring a seamless flow in the department's systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a high level of accurate and efficient accounting services to assist the needs of the Company
Processing and on-going management of accounts related tasks, for multiple entities
Handling of client fee payments and refunds
Inter-entity invoicing
Reconciliations (Banking and Balance Sheet)
Preparation of Monthly Management Reports, Cash flows and Budgets
Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative, accounts payable and receivable tasks
BAS, FBT, PAYG and other tax lodgments
Accrual and clearing account entries and reconciliations
Ensure all relevant data and documentation is accurately entered, processed or scanned
Procedures to be updated to reflect internal or external changes to current tasks
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion over sensitive documents
Manage, lead and mentor a team of accountants
Ensuring the business meets all its compliance obligations and liaise with the external accountants
Selection Criteria
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum of 10 years accounting experience
A strong background in accounting principles and systems
Experience in Australian taxation and accounting regulatory compliance
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to communicate well both in written and spoken English
Effective planning and solid time management skills
Honest, reliable and able to work autonomously
The drive to succeed and go the extra mile
High-level skills in Microsoft Excel and a good knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
Experience of Working within a strong Customer Service and Control environment
Experience in processing customer transactions in operations, closing of books in corporate accounting or has worked in financial reporting where data from all parts of the company come together
Must be available to work in Clark. Pampanga
