Delivering our facilities services
In this job, you are responsible for everything we do at the site. You will also look after our relationships with suppliers and lead a team
We would like you to ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget. You are responsible for the deliverables of all vendor contracts to ensure compliance. You will also need to ensure financial processes are follow through at all times.
In addition, you are required to build, maintain and recommend continuous quality improvement process and Industry Best Practice

Experienced
Not a job for the feint hearted, you will be experienced and have a proven record of accomplishment of setting and driving facilities management and strategies collaborating with a dynamic leadership team. We think you will need at 8 years' experience ideally from within a school set-up environment working across multiple geographies/ site
Smart
You are doing really well academically, and hold either a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in similar capacity. Further to this, you need to have a good understanding towards facilities management fundamentals
Knowledgeable & Technically Sound
You will have a thorough grasp of all facets of Facilities Management particularly the local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, vendor management for specialized services and understanding of basic technical aspects
Specific expertise in Strong budget management & financial analysis skills and proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts would be highly advantageous.
