We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to be part of our Commercial Department and to handle end-to-end Account Management under our Marketplace Team.
Responsibilities:
Operates as business manager and Marketplace growth driver
Responsible for effectively managing seller relationships with understanding and strategy of desired outcomes: expand product assortment, contribute significantly to revenue and profit growth, secure marketing support from sellers, and ensure operational KPIs are met within the Service Level Agreements
Actively contributes to assortment strategy by identifying trends and gaps in ranges and liaises with sellers to influence development of the most relevant product range/assortment to offer to ZPH customers
Monitors operational performance of the sellers ensure seller compliance, delivery timelines and customer satisfaction meet Zalora's standards
Identify potential seller-related issues and manage escalations and recommends process improvements and resolutions. Liaises with Vendor Management team to ensure timely seller order fulfillment and low cancellation rate. Initiates discussions with VM team and sellers to manage SLAs and address any operational issues
Participates in cross-functional projects/squads especially when existing sellers are involved
Critically analyze sales performance to identify action points and threats to drive topline revenue
Facilitate seller growth by advising sellers on how to optimize their offering through branding and awareness, increasing relevant SKU count, production optimization, pricing and selection. Drives seller participation in marketing promos and other marketing initiatives
Delivers regular brand review to Tier 1 sellers and senior management, analyze and interpret performance using a detailed understanding of the key commercial levers of trade as well as MP SLAs
Can speak knowledgeably about ZALORA's company profile, objectives, business models, best-in-class customer experience, seller strategies and market trends
Completes and supports all facets of contract re-negotiations with existing sellers. Keeps the Commercial Director and Head of Marketplace fully informed at early stages of renegotiations with existing sellers so that decisions can be taken when necessary
Initiates seller re-training whenever necessary, works with the Onboarding Manager to manage the internal process of re-training, and measures results post-training
Is a Seller Center expert - post campaigns and upload product list accordingly, can help sellers troubleshoot product uploads and order management within the platform
Monitors and meets Acquisition KPIs. Any risk to KPI or OKR achievement should be raised to the Head of Business Development in a timely manner
Demonstrates strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Uses clear customer focus to identify opportunities for improvements/ expansion to the customer experience with ZALORA
Works with other Commercial stakeholders to share information on key brands ensuring that the customer is offered a well-rounded brand representation across all product areas from ZALORA
Demonstrates an understanding of new fashion and retail trends, and how these can affect the trading climate, regularly reads market research data and spots new business opportunities
Initiates, innovates and drives change on how product is showcased to the customer through discussion with key business stakeholders and immediate team member with the support of relevant data
Collaborates with the Marketing team in the planning and building Marketplace marketing campaigns
Collaborates with the Planning team in building bottom up sales plans on a category, seller and brand level
Identifies promotional/ marketing opportunities for the business in order to motivate further sales and provides a competitive and exciting retail environment for the customer
Develops negotiation skills; demonstrates creative negotiations with suppliers/ brands in order to achieve targets
Leverages seller relationships to gain insight into the wider retail environment, including forward fashion trends, sales/ product performance compared to other vendor customers, etc
