What you will do
Ensures no machine related customer complaint
Supports closure of audit findings related to machine
Monitors and analyzes uptime of equipment to come up with actions for further improvement
Promotes and ensures zero safety incidence
Support production output numbers through machine efficiency
Update EFMEA specs
Support trainings and fan outs of best practices to equipment technicians
Support training program and skills development for technicians
Supports machine setup and installation in support of Ramp or Obsolescence
Update Work Instruction for existing machines together with Process Engineering
Support buy-off of new equipment at Supplier side
Identifies opportunities for improvement on efficiency of machine
Initiate RCM Projects to improve handler performance
Initiate RNM Cost reduction schemes
What you will need
At least 5 years' experience in semiconductor company either Equipment Engineering or Preventive Maintenance at Final Test
Must be a graduate of an engineering course (electronics, mechanical, electrical)
Knowledge in MS Office
Proficient in electro-pneumatics, mechanical, electronics
Proficient in using statistical tools (Minitab, Statistics, Exensio, SpotFire, etc)
