Basic Purpose of the Job
Performs functions associated with Equipment performance and improvements to support manufacturing operations at Probe and Die Sales. Leading and driving Equipment Engineers and technicians towards 100% machine availability and the delivering MUBA/MTBA goals and improvement plans. Initiate and develop methods and procedures to improve equipment reliability. Drives data analysis for root cause identification and implementation of CAPA. * Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure 100% Equipment Availability.
Support Manufacturing Operations goal on OEE.
Drives equipment reliability improvements and institutionalization.
Generate/establish maintenance standards
Assist in the analysis and implement prevent recurrence solution of customer issues Internal and external.
Generate and maintain reports and records.
Qualifications

Education
Graduate of Mechanical, Electronics or Electrical Engineering Field of Study * Experience
With at least 5 -10 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance and Engineering function in a semiconductor company.
Knowledge on Probe and Die Sales equipment and operations - Familiarity with Prober, Die Sorter, Oven , Dicing Backgrind and Wafer sorter Equipment's. Knowledge on the following technologies is required - Electroglas, Accretech, Despatch Blue M, Mechatronic, Muhlbauer Disco Camtek
Skills
Basic/Advance knowledge on Basic problem solving tools. i.e. Why-why, Fishbone. 4D etc.
Basic/Advance knowledge OEE
Basic knowledge of Equipment Predictive Maintenance
Proficient in use of MS office (primarily Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
