Job Description
Responsible for overall FA related to Blade Reliability test to support the latest technology
Data collection, create summary and provide analysis for Blade Reliability FA used for critical decision making of new product designs and technologies
Accountable for planning and execution of FA based on requirements
Responsible for cross sites communication thru GO, FR, and THO for logistics of FA parts
Complies to IMS, rules and regulations of the site at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering or related field
1+ years of working experience in product related failure analysis
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Detail and action oriented, ability to work independently and to deliver high quality results.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines without compromising the quality of result.
Preferred:
Knowledge in analytical tools/techniques such as SEM, AFM, Raman, AES, etc is an advantage
Knowledge on magnetic recording technology
Basic understanding in programming languages such as VB, SQL, JSL, Python, Matlab etc will be an added advantage
Skills:
Excellent analytical skills and knowledge
Proficient in JMP and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively with multi-function team member
Excellent communication, verbal and written in English.
Self-motivated, can work independently, good logical thinking
