What you will do
Planning and execution of reliability monitoring program, engineering qualification/evaluation testing, reliability equipment maintenance program.
Coordinates with Business Groups (BG) counterparts for the update of product's structural similarity group (SSG).
Analyzes the reliability test results and summarizing them for monthly and quarterly reporting.
Verify and confirms electrical and mechanical rejects under reliability monitor and coordinate them with FA and MQE for subsequent analysis required.
Escalation of reliability monitor rejects to MQE, Engineering, and BG.
Initiate 8D in CHAMP for reliability monitor rejects.
Assures continuous equipment performance monitoring and on time execution of preventive maintenance.
Assures ESD prevention, Safety and calibration requirements are in place and driven where needed.
Execute equipment related and improvement projects for the reliability laboratory.
What you will need
Education & Experience:
Degree in Engineering with knowledge and education in semiconductors and material science.
More than 5 years relevant experience in the fields of calibration, quality engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, root cause investigation, fault isolation, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting and repair, reliability and laboratory test setup.
Skills:
Knowledge in reliability test methods and standards
Knowledge in device characterization, failure analysis and root cause investigation
Knowledge in Quality Systems (IATF/ISO/QS9000, TS16949, ISO17025)
Knowledge in preventive/predictive maintenance system
Knowledge in troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair
Knowledge in calibration operation and system
Basic Statistics, MSA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, DOE, QC tools
Problem-solving Tools & Techniques
Project Management
Technical Report Writing
Computer Literate and MS Office application
