Job Description
Perform advanced maintenance and optimization of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other security systems
Conduct routine inspections and repairs of ELV equipment
Assist in the development of maintenance strategies and schedules
Support the ELV Supervisor in coordinating major repairs and upgrades
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Train and mentor junior technicians to uphold high standards of safety and technical excellence
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum of 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a technician in luxury facilities maintenance
Extensive knowledge of ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control
Advanced technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
