Job Description
The role will be responsible for the finance business partnering relationship across the organization, driving profitability, improvement and efficiencies, budgeting and pricing, financial planning, modelling, forecasting, analysis, in essence anything and everything to do with financial analysis and driving results.
This will be a front-end role, something of a finance business partner, thus suitable candidates will need to be a great communicator, and very comfortable working with diverse teams and c-suite level stakeholders.
The position will have dual responsibilities, managing 4 large accounts in the Philippines (aka the business), and also responsible for the corporate FP&A (i.e. consolidation, reporting of budgets for the region etc).
A team of 5 analysts will report into this role, and they will provide support from an analytical standpoint (running model analysis, P&L accounts etc) but needless to say the appointed candidate will need a strong analytical knowledge and background given they will providing leadership and direction to their team.
Suitable candidates will have worked in a similar FP&A role within a similar sized third party BPO/call center organization, supporting operations, pricing and financial planning related activities.
The right candidate will be a strong character/personality, someone who has notable experience working alongside (and influencing) senior stakeholders (e.g. those at VP level and above).
You will need to be something of a subject matter expert across all standard functions of FP&A, and come with a roll the sleeves up/get the hands dirty attitude/approach to your work.
Candidates need meet the following criteria:
Bachelors degree and CPA would be preferred
Min of 15yrs of experience in finance and accounting
Min of 10yrs experience in a BPO/call center environment
Notable experience in a similar level FP&A role in a 3rd party BPO setting is essential
Experience managing c-level stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies is essential
Experience with SAP would be preferred.
