Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a not-for-profit organization (NGO), supporting families living in ultra poverty and funded by the Christian Community, in their search for a SENIOR DIRECTOR FOR EDUCATION. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Job Description:
The Senior Director for Education will oversee the general management of the organization's Education program, which includes Family Academy. As an expert in Education, h/she is expected to strategize on the most appropriate and effective means of delivering the organization's education program to ultra poor families. H/She is also responsible for sourcing and maintaining potential partnerships with other relevant agencies or institutions. The Senior Director will provide tactical direction to the organization's National Education team and interface with various government agencies and private institutions and supports grant writing for the Education program of ICM whenever it is necessary.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Education, preferably with a post-graduate degree, and with relevant experience in managing schools as well as center-based and community-based education programs.
- With at least 10 years of experience in a senior role in Project Management or other related roles.
-Has the ability to represent the organization and its education department to donors, organizations who may provide partnerships and linkages, including local and national government entities.
- Has supervisory, leadership and coaching skills and experience with demonstrated knowledge
- With excellent communication, data analysis, task management, record keeping, computer proficiency and problem solving skills.
- Preferably with qualitative and quantitative research experience.
- Self-motivated and can also motivate his/her team and subordinates.
- Preferably of Christian faith/religion.
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
