Job Description
The Senior Digital Planner owns strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring ability think and work independently with minimal supervision. This position is expected to deliver strategic plans for campaigns based from available data and tools then implement campaigns with the support of different Publicis Media teams.
The Senior Digital Planner will work closely with Digital Buyers for specific client requirements, providing expertise on strategy building, insighting, planning, reporting, and optimization while being guided by platform or industry best practices.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend, present, and contribute during client meetings
Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service
Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for approaches for each campaign
Execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients while meeting or surpassing agreed upon performance expectations
Manage the delivery of plans, creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for all campaigns
Partner with support teams on how to strengthen campaign measurement for reporting and insights generation
Provide regular insights and actionable points to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
Coordinate and work with media partners to develop relevant strategies and ensure accurate platform implementation
Participate in campaign QA process
Troubleshoot issues across planning and buying functions
Help in the generation of monthly bill/pay/spend reporting in coordination with relevant functions
Participate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to contribute and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance
Proactively formulates proposals for new client opportunities

Establish a good working relationship with key stakeholders of both internal and external teams
Learned the day-to-day requirements of assigned clients and have proposed process improvements, as needed
Proposed, defended, and followed-through on the media strategy, plans, and optimization that address client briefs

Enhanced processes for digital media planning and buying, primarily for assigned accounts
Mastered necessary proprietary and syndicated planning tools
In Twelve Months
Developed collaborative work with various internal teams of Publicis Media
Improved on effectiveness and efficiency in ways of working
Specialized in either one function of the role or one platform being used for assigned clients
Qualifications
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of online media planning and negotiating experience in an interactive agency
Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, or related program
Complete knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices as well as a familiarity with offline media concepts
Desired Characteristics:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail
Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans
