Responsible for:
Senior DevOps Engineer will work as part of the engineering team for one of our soon-to-be-announced
applications/product to design, develop, deploy and support gaming online services. This will include
day-to-day management, maintenance and monitoring of cloud-based systems and ensuring the continuous
delivery and verification of software to the platform via CI/CD pipelines. You'll be able to work with a great
deal of autonomy, and to influence tech decisions within a collaborative Agile development environment.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
● Creating and maintaining the infrastructure for our backend microservices
● Creating architecture diagrams and documentation for various systems you develop
● Creating and maintaining various CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying backend microservices, as
well as other CI/CD pipelines for game development
● Writing and maintaining the automation for specific cluster deployments across the cloud (AWS) or
(Azure)
● Administration and setting up automated testing, monitoring and alarming for our infrastructure
environments
● Research and investigating of new areas to improve the efficiency across the deployment
● Interface with central technology teams to support our integration with their tools and services
Qualifications and Typical Experience:
● At least 5-8 Minimum years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
● Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm in a production environment
● Strong familiarity with working with enterprise-scale microservice architecture
● Strong knowledge of cloud environment such as AWS and Azure
● Strong familiarity with DB Cross product
● A good knowledge of Linux OS and bash scripting skills
● Have experience with SSL management; MSSQL Administration
● Understand IP management
● A good knowledge of CI/CD best practices
● Familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript
● Familiarity with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins
● In-depth knowledge of Windows Servers management; experience with Docker, GINX
● Being collaborative and pragmatic with good communication skills
● Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
● Familiarity with deployment and operation of MongoDB and Redis databases
