Position Overview
 
We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join our growing Cebu-Visayas team at Salted Stone. The agency (based in Los Angeles, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Cebu) is a global leader within the Inbound Marketing landscape and is going through a growth phase this year.
 
We’re looking for someone with strong management and communication skills who can mentor other developers and adhere to certain development standards.
 
You will work closely with our Client Services team and spend the majority of your day in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP, developing custom websites and other solutions for cross-browser compatibility and responsive layouts.
 
Job Description
 
We are looking for a Developer who has the ability, skills and flexibility to help with a variety of projects, including:
Work on a variety of web projects that range from simple websites to e-commerce websites to email & landing page templates
Collaborate with other software developers and strategists to plan, develop, test, and maintain websites and other business applications
Research and evaluate a variety of software products, to continually improve internal and external technology
Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications) or equivalent
Required languages: English, Filipino (fluent English is a must)
Exceptional communication and intrapersonal skills - both written and verbal  +
Have at least 4 years experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, WordPress, HubSpot*, with basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, InDesign and/or Sketch is a plus
*Experience in HubSpot development is a must for this position +  
Candidates must have a strong understanding of mobile responsiveness, cross-browser capabilities, general web functions and standards
Have a strong grasp of security principals, e-commerce applications and go-live requirements
Good knowledge in system design and architecture or software applications
Strong ability to work independently and proactively
Strong teamwork skills
Proactive problem solver and critical thinker
Knowledge of SEO is a plus
This position is a remote position so reliable home internet connection is a must

Schedule
Night shift, variable but may be anytime between 11pm-10am. 
This role is for a full-time position.
