A Data Quality Analyst II is responsible in providing updates to the contacts and accounts in DOT (Data Override Tool), the Research and Global Operations Database. He/she ensures the accuracy of the data being verified and/or updated using the prescribed sources in the internet. The number of records to be fulfilled must be met according to the set target by the Business Unit. The Data Quality Analyst II is also responsible in assisting the Senior Data Quality Analyst with their tasks. The Data Quality Analyst II will also help in ensuring that the team reaches their KPIs and that everyone adheres to REPH policies and procedures.
Accountabilities
Data Accuracy - using the approved internet sites, the Data Quality Analyst II verifies and/or updates contact/account information in Data Override Tool. Information gathered and entered into the database must be correct and should meet the Quality Standard. An audit procedure is conducted regularly with a passing rate of 95.00%.
Completeness and Timeliness - this is measured through productivity. Productivity target is at least 30 records per hour. The number and type of record to work on may vary according to business needs.
Attendance - the Data Quality Analyst II is also being rated on his/her absenteeism and tardiness stipulated in his/her Performance Scorecard.
RESSPI Discipline Policy Adherence - refer to RESSPI Discipline Policy which applies to all employees
Assist Seniors with floor support and training through audit findings
Assist with ASK tickets when applicable and audit tickets processed each month
Through audit findings make recommendations on process changes and implementation
Assist in training the new hires
Leverage process expertise to identify training needs of the team and individual team members to drive continuous improvements
Handling of priority/special projects of the Data Quality Team
Responsible in monitoring and requesting of new records if needed/applicable
Act as backup of Senior Data Quality Analyst
Assist in audits whenever there are new hires to ensure timely delivery of reports
