As a Senior Data Analyst in our team, you will play a pivotal role in optimising customer value and loyalty through data-driven insights and strategies. You will work with large datasets to identify trends, develop actionable recommendations, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement targeted campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis:
Analyse customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer value.
Develop predictive models to segment customers based on behaviour and preferences.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on customer value metrics.
Campaign Optimization:
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and optimise customer retention and upselling campaigns.
Utilise customer segmentation insights to tailor offers and promotions to specific customer groups.
Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed.
Data Visualization:
Create informative and visually appealing dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
Use data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to convey complex information in an accessible way.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive customer-centric initiatives.
Share insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and telco CVM.
Identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes and tools.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics).
10+ years of experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Strong data visualisation skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with predictive modelling and machine learning techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of telco-specific data and industry challenges.
Previous experience of working with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
