The Role:
Intrepid Group Asia is looking for a Senior Creative Designer with extensive knowledge of design trends, strong
conceptual thinking, and project management skills.
The position will be based in the Philippines and will help accelerate our Singapore brands' eCommerce.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop data-driven, insightful, relevant, innovative, and
practical, creative concepts and strategies, as well as oversee brand creative assets to optimize the shopper experience
and in-store conversion with the right creative design assets.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Provide strategic and creative advice to brands
● Collaborate with stakeholders to develop quality designs, concepts, and platform assets for promotional
materials across different marketplaces while adhering to the brand's guidelines, specifications, and brand image
● Create unique and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goals.
● Oversees the placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element in a creative
assignment.
● Extend client relationships and explore new ways to deliver value
● Handle other projects and assignments based on the brand's discretion
● Coach and lead Junior Graphic Designers when opportunities arise
Whom we look for - the ideal profile:
● Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Visual communication/Multimedia Arts or any design-related course
● five +years of design experience, particularly with, but not limited to, web, social, email, and emerging
technologies.
● Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
● A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
● Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
● Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.
● Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
