This leading construction organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller

This organisation is one of Singapore's leading building and engineering contractors is offering a great opportunity for a Senior Construction Cost Controller.
Your new role
In the role of Senior Cost Controller, you'll develop and maintain project Cost Controls System and Management Reporting for to ensure the completeness and accuracy of revenue and cost are reported on timely basis.
Specifically you'll
liaise with procurement, subcontractors, and project managers to review and set up work packages and budgets.
prepare reports on revenue internal budgets, and forecasts
verify cost allocations according Work package
monitor and identify variance from project current budget and report accordingly;
assist PMs and Commercial Managers with estimates
troubleshoot cost abnormalities in reporting data
support Project Manager with risk process and maintain a risk register;
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience delivering construction cost control ideally across data centres, pharmaceutical or semi-conductor sectors.
Minimum 10 years working experience in engineering & construction environment and minimum 5 years of cost control experience
Degree qualified
