About the Senior Cost Accountant (Pampanga) Role:
In this critical role, you will be working closely and supporting the business units by providing strategic financial decision support across all levels of management. You will also be responsible for implementing, maintaining and updating all aspects of the cost accounting system.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide management team with reports indicating and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products
Prepare various financial analysis related to manufacturing costs, inventory, and expense information for various customers as needed for decision making support
Manage the quarterly excess and obsolete inventory review process and ensure validity and accuracy of ERP through analysis, internal audit, and coordination with inventory control, production and work order processing
Prepare the financial forecast to support the profitability analysis process and provide analysis of spending variances between forecast and actual performance, to improve and facilitate committed corrective actions with concerned department
Perform special projects as assigned, by providing financial and business reporting analysis, expertise and financial information
To succeed in this Senior Cost Accountant (Pampanga) role, you must have a solid background in general and cost accounting in the manufacturing industry.
Key Requirements:
Must be a CPA with at least five years' experience in cost accounting in a multinational manufacturing environment
In-depth experience in management finance, decision support, budget/forecasting
Articulate and can communicate with all members of the organisation across all levels
With technical proficiency and extensive exposure in SAP Accounting System as an end user
Results-oriented, ability to work under pressure, superior analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
Readiness to work in Pampanga
