Overview
.Responsible for initiating rebooking and ensuring accurate financial data reconciliation between P&L and MGF tool. Conducting detailed checks between different reporting knots and function-country parameters, including verifying personnel costs and Shared Cost Center (CC) analysis.
.Involves Master Data Management, ensuring that the HR Cost Center (CC) data is up-to-date and accurately reflected in the reporting systems.
.Encompasses various data quality checks and analysis, including validating Function_Country parameters reported under each MGF Reporting knot and verifying MGF Reporting knots under each Function_Country.
Conceptual Knowledge
.Understanding of financial reporting principles, including PNL statements, cost center analysis, and provision utilization, to ensure accurate financial data analysis and reporting.
.Knowledge of master data management principles and practices to effectively manage HR Cost Center (CC) data and ensure its accuracy and completeness in the reporting systems. Accuracy of Global Cost Object Hierarchy (GCOH).
.Understanding of financial control processes, including rebooking, accruals, and reconciliations, to support financial accuracy and compliance.
Technical Knowledge
.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization, facilitating the preparation of reports and conducting data checks.
.Knowledge of financial systems and reporting platforms, such as TM1, MGF Tool, MC4F, Analysis for Office (AFO), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
.Familiarity with data management tools and methodologies to handle large datasets, conduct data mapping, and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Key Competencies
.Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify patterns, and draw insights to support informed decision-making and problem-solving.
.Diligence in conducting data quality checks, verifying financial information, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
.Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Legal Entities (LEs) or Group Accountants (GAs) to address data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
