(approx. 9032 hosts) - Work on projects related to Linux as well as administration and support of all Linux System under Group IT Infrastructure Operations Compute & Storage Linux. - Provide 3rd level support Globally - Contributes on maintaining support and monitoring of services by taking part of the follow-the-sun Admin-on-Duty (during weekdays) and On-Call-Duty (during Holidays and weekends) - Collaborate with the necessary Global and Local IT teams, to support and maintain the related infrastructure systems (On-prem & Cloud). - Creating Work Instructions and other knowledge base materials that can be shared to internal/external support. - Develop simple to complex scripts (e.g automation) that can be shared to all levels of support. - Conduct trainings both new colleagues (Technical and processes) and customers globally. - Responsible in developing & aligning the service for future requirements and trends. - Enhance and improve the Global Linux service and it's processes. - Responsible steering the External Providers by handover tasks via Incidents and Changes. - Collaborate with the internal and external Service Providers for the immediate resolution and completion of assigned Incidents and Change Task - Proactively drive the development of his/her own skills and competence. - Close interaction with different functional teams/departments to harmonize and improve inter-connected processes. Qualifications '- Knowledge of Linux and IT Technology in general - Icinga2 monitoring tool and knowledge - Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery know how using Jenkins - Big Data and data analytics with Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana - Scripting uaing Shell, PHP, python, any related technologies popularly used in the market. - Cloud Operations, Docker management and Kubernetes know how - Ability to conduct Knowledge transfer (Training/Workshop) - Problem Solving, Technical & Process Documentation - IT Project Management - Knowledge of ITIL (i.e. Incident, Change, Service Management, etc.) - Customer Support Skills - - Oral & Written Communication Skills in English - Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related field - Certifications in any IT related applications, softwares and services is an advantage. - Minimum of 3 years on Professional IT experience - At least 2 years relevant experience in IT service provisioning - 3 years experience working in projects, including representation of Technical projects - Experience in working with multicultural stakeholders.
