Work you will do This role sits within the Technology Strategy and Transformation (TS&T) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses technology transformation projects for clients across the region. As a Senior Consultant of this group, you will support the growth of our TS&T business in the region and be responsible for the analysis and development of financial models relating to our client's transformation programs. These models could be in the form of a business cases, benefit realization, or TCO comparisons. Your analysis will serve as a key input to ensure the transformation our clients are embarking on achieve the right value. Analyze the transformation program to identify relevant cost and benefit levers and provide guidance to the team to enable them to formulate perspectives in drawing up the relevant financial model Analyze as-is data to develop insights into what levers are best suited to be improved on for the client Work with the relevant application teams to understand what data is available which can be utilized to identify and/or develop the relevant KPI Perform market research to identify what benchmarks are available and are comparable to the client and further rationalize these to determine the relevant targets to be met by the client Identify key KPIs and summarize them for senior leadership reporting to display the value the transformation program is bringing to the client Design and develop presentation materials and to present the results of your analyses and findings to fellow project team members You will contribute to the development of our practice by providing guidance to junior team members and in assisting senior team members on pursuits as well as adherence with the firm's processes for set up and execution of engagements You will be actively involved in deal pursuits, and will assist senior team members in the preparation, development and delivery of strong proposals, presentations and publications Enough about us, let's talk about you If you are someone with: A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines. Strong project management skills with high attention to detail Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues; Good understanding of finance principles such as financial modelling, valuations, etc.; Experience in BSS/OSS and telco process is an advantage Consultant will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT management consulting Experience in both advisory as well as implementation experience in the following areas: IT Strategy : IT strategy development IT Transformation : IT sourcing advisory IT Optimization : IT cost reduction Understanding of current IT trends (cloud computing, big data, social media, RPA, IoT, blockchain, etc.) Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, be self-motivated, and be able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities Excellent problem solving skills, ability to think out-of-the-box, work under pressure and tight project timelines Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment; Proven demonstration of sound business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
