Job Description
Collaborate with the solution architect to establish best practices patterns and templates for applications for everyone to follow.
Ensure continuous improvement of systems and processes within the team
Manage or coordinate software builds, changes & product release management
Participate in code review, system design, and specification meetings, and working closely with other developers
Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Mentors junior and intermediate developers
Support legacy systems
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ColdFusion
Expert at writing and troubleshooting advanced queries
A team player and change enabler with a positive forward-thinking mindset
An ego-less attitude where you enjoy an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback, and challenging conventional wisdom
Top-notch collaboration skills
Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to innovate
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a highly collaborative team in an agile environment
Proven track record of developing well-structured and scalable applications with back-end utilizing Cold Fusion
Proficiency with more than one of the following languages, frameworks, and platforms: SQL Server, JQuery, Javascript/Node, Angular

Training Process
Staff will undergo the onboarding process on current Development processes for our products. Staff will undergo product knowledge training and will be given some hands-on exercises.
