Audit and assess AWS and Azure Cloud environments and the ability to effectively communicate this information to the compliance team and cloud management through written and verbal communication. Plan and support assessment engagements focusing on review, design and/or implementation of Cloud infrastructure/platform/software security. Recognize development opportunities in the areas of process efficiency and security for cloud environments Provide subject matter expertise related to NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, SSAE 18 (SOC 2), and other information security regulations. Qualifications A minimum of three (3) years of experience in any of the following areas: information technology (IT) audit cloud security assessment and strategy cloud compliance security operations cloud security platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure or IT risk management. Possess, or working toward, baseline security certification such as CISA/CompTIA/cloud certification for Microsoft Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform. CISSP/CCSP/CCSK/CCAK desired. Experience with NIST 800-171, NIST 800-53, SSAE18. Knowledge of System Security Plans (SSPs) and associated artifacts such as the Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), Risk Assessment Reports, and Continuous Monitoring Strategies. Knowledge of AWS Cloud Security & Compliance desired (governance, logical access, encryption, network security, configuration management, infrastructure as a code). Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
