Is currently looking for: Senior Civil Engineer
 
Qualifications
Site Development and Site Engineering Design and Drawings
Structural Design (Building, Amenities, and Facilities Structure)
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Not less than 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledgeable and experienced in the Design and Production of Site Engineering Drawings
Skilled of the relevant software needed in the production of the Site Engineering Drawings
Good work attitude and ethics and has potential leadership and managerial skills
Can perform computer/laptop keyboard work and can do basic drawings
License in Civil Engineering and/or License in Architecture
Key Responsibilities
Site Engineering Design and Production of Drawings
Produce Site Engineering Drawings as needed by PD, QS, CMD Site and others, within the timeline
Ensure to provide quality Site Engineering Drawings at all times
Make sure to provide CMD Site Team the GFCD (Good For Construction Drawings) prior to the construction proper
Conduct Plan Reading with Site Team prior to construction proper
Ensure the safe keeping of the file and the control of its documents
Reply to site teams of their RFI's (Request For Information)
Reply to site teams of their RFA (Request For Approval)
Reply to site teams of their RFR (Request For Review )
Coordinate to IDD for any change, to and from
Coordinate to PD, QS and CMD Site for any matters pertaining to Site Engineering Drawings and its Design
Site Engineering Design Procurement from Third Party Designer/Consultant
Source out Third Party Designers /Consultants when the complexity of work so requires
Initiate engagement to Third Party Designer/Consultants upon the direction of the immediate head
Manage the engagement with the Third Party Designer/Consultants with immediate head's oversight
Facilitate the reply of RFI, RFA and RFR from Site Team to Third Party Consultant
Conduct Meetings, Coordinate, discuss and represent any Johndorf's concern to Third Party Designers/Consultants.
